In the long run, you cannot escape mechanism design.If you're creating something that doesn't net create value, it's not gonna work, it doesn't matter how big you scale it.
Ethereum still has the same scalability problems it had when all this started.Until you move past Geth, you're not going to see significant improvements in the underlying scalability.
You're going to see ZK rollups come to market.. That's going to be a very interesting space to watch.
